The earlier the better! For birth doula services, we recommend reaching out in your first or second trimester, as spots fill quickly. However, we do occasionally have late-pregnancy openings — please reach out regardless.
Do you offer a free consultation?+
Yes! We offer a complimentary 30-minute call to discuss your needs and determine if we're a good fit. Completely free and no obligation.
Do you offer payment plans or sliding scale fees?+
Yes. Natalie believes every family deserves quality doula support. Sliding scale fees and payment plans are available — ask during your consultation.
Do you support home births?+
Absolutely. Natalie supports births in hospitals, birth centers, and at home throughout NYC and Westchester County.
Are virtual services available?+
Yes. Childbirth education, lactation consultations, intimacy consulting, and postpartum check-ins are all available virtually for clients anywhere in the US.
