Yes!
Some families have support but need help at night. Typically we have an intake session and together make a plan for healing and sleep. These shifts are from 10 pm 6 am to support parents in vital rest.

Postpartum is a vital time for the long-term health of birthing people. In the first 40 days, birthing bodies need rest and care. Bodies are transitioning from 9 months of creating a human and clients don’t see follow-up providers for 2 weeks post c-section and 6 weeks from a vaginal birth.
